How does ordering work?
- Pick a generator, type the text and adjust size, font and colours.
- Check the 3D preview; the generator itself rejects letters that are too thin or details that are too small.
- Click “Get a print quote” – the same BambuStudio slicer used for every order prices it in about 30 seconds.
- Pay by card or bank transfer; printing 1–3 working days, EU shipping from €13.90 or free pickup in Slovenia.
How much does a personalized gift cost?
Designing and downloading the model is free. When you click “Get a print quote”, the model goes through the same BambuStudio slicer as any uploaded file: the price comes from material use and print time, the minimum is €4 per model, and no VAT is added. Printing takes 1–3 working days; EU shipping starts at €13.90 and pickup in Slovenia is free. A keychain or a small plate sits at the minimum; a name sign or an organizer lands around €6–12. Do I need any 3D design skills?
No. Everything is set with sliders and fields; the model renders itself and checks that it is printable.
Can you ship the gift straight to the recipient?
Yes – enter their address in the cart. The invoice comes to your email.
Which material is food-safe?
For a cake topper choose PLA Pure, certified for food contact. For other gifts ordinary PLA is fine.
How far ahead of the occasion should I order?
Printing takes 1–3 working days, EU delivery 2–7 business days depending on the country. In December, order at least ten days ahead.
