Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the operation of the 3D printed products online store operated by 3DnaKlik (Informacijske Storitve Žiga Flis s.p.), with its registered address at Zelena Ulica 7, 3240 Šmarje pri Jelšah, Slovenia (hereinafter: the Provider). By placing an order through the online store, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. These terms apply to all purchases and services made through this website.
2. Orders & Production Process
All products are made to order using 3D printing technology (FDM). The customer places an order through the online store by selecting a product or uploading their own 3D model (STL or 3MF file). Upon placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation email. Standard production time is 2–5 business days depending on complexity and current demand. If there are any issues with the model or order, we will contact the customer before starting production.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices on the website are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where required by law. Prices are calculated based on material usage, print time, and selected quality preset. The final price shown at checkout is binding for the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to change prices; however, already placed orders are subject to the prices at the time of order placement.
4. Payment
The customer may pay using one of the following methods: (a) card payment via the Stripe payment platform, which ensures secure handling of payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards, or (b) bank transfer via UPN QR code (SEPA / SEPA Instant) to the Provider's account. The Provider does not store customer payment card or bank account information — card data is processed exclusively by Stripe. Order processing begins after successful receipt of payment; for bank transfers, once funds are received on the Provider's account (typically within 1 hour via SEPA Instant).
5. Delivery
Delivery is available within the Republic of Slovenia. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after production is completed. The Provider is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1, Article 135, paragraph 1, point 4) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council (Article 16, point (c)), the consumer DOES NOT have the right to withdraw from the contract for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. All of the Provider's products are 3D printed to order and to the customer's specifications (choice of material, color, size, print quality, or the customer's own STL/3MF model). Under the statutory exception cited above, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal therefore DOES NOT APPLY. By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights regarding material defects and warranty: if the delivered product is defective (printing flaws, damage in transit, deviation from the agreed specification), the customer may submit a complaint to info@3dnaklik.si in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms; the Provider will replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.
7. Intellectual Property
By uploading a 3D model (STL or 3MF file), the customer warrants that they own the copyright to the uploaded model or have appropriate permission for its use. The Provider does not reproduce, distribute, or use uploaded models for purposes other than fulfilling the order. The Provider assumes no responsibility for any intellectual property infringements by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
3D printed products are manufactured based on the models or specifications provided by the customer. The Provider is not responsible for design flaws in uploaded models or their suitability for a particular purpose. Minor visual differences (layer lines, slight color variations) are inherent to the FDM printing process and do not constitute a product defect. The Provider is only liable for defects resulting from the printing process itself (e.g., incomplete prints, damaged products).
9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
The customer may submit a complaint via email to info@3dnaklik.si within 8 days of receiving the goods. The Provider undertakes to address the complaint within 8 days. In the case of a justified complaint, the Provider will replace the product or issue a refund. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in Celje shall have jurisdiction. For out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Governing Law
All legal relationships between the Provider and the customer are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, including the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Code of Obligations (OZ), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
