3DnaKlik is a 3D printing service for Europe, run from a small Slovenian print bureau built around a fleet of Bambu Lab P2S printers and a slicer-based instant quote engine. Upload an STL or 3MF file, pick from 18 filament families in 49 colors, and see the exact price in about 30 seconds — no emailing files back and forth, no waiting on a quote. Every order ships EU-wide: 2–5+ business days to any of the 27 member states via GLS or Pošta Slovenije, or free pickup at our workshop in Gorica pri Slivnici. Small parts start from €4.77 total — material, machine time and electricity, calculated from real BambuStudio slicer output rather than a rough estimate. As a small Slovenian business under the statutory VAT threshold (ZDDV-1, Article 94/1), we don't charge VAT: the price shown at checkout is the final price, with nothing added afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship to Germany, Austria, France and the rest of the EU?+
Yes — we ship to all 27 EU member states. Delivery is via GLS for most countries (Germany €16.90, Austria €13.90, France €23.90) and via Pošta Slovenije for Cyprus, Greece and Malta, which GLS does not serve from Slovenia. The exact rate for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?+
Production takes 1–3 working days on our Bambu Lab P2S fleet. Add courier transit on top: 2–5 business days within Slovenia and neighboring countries, typically 3–7 business days for the rest of the EU depending on distance and carrier. You can also collect for free at our workshop in Gorica pri Slivnici, no matter which country you are ordering from.
How much does shipping cost?+
It depends on the destination country — rates run from €6.00 for Slovenia up to €33.90 for Finland, the full list is in the shipping table on this page. Pickup at our workshop in Gorica pri Slivnici is always free, regardless of where you are based.
Is VAT added to the price?+
No. As a small Slovenian business under the statutory VAT exemption threshold (ZDDV-1, Article 94, paragraph 1), we do not charge VAT on any order. The price shown at checkout — including the instant quote — is the final price, with nothing added afterwards.
Will I pay customs or import duties on an EU order?+
No. Every 3DnaKlik order is printed and dispatched from our workshop in Slovenia, an EU member state. Shipments between EU countries move as normal internal EU deliveries — there is no customs declaration or import duty, unlike ordering from a non-EU manufacturer.
What if my print fails or arrives damaged?+
If a print is defective or damaged in transit, we reprint it free of charge or refund you — just email info@3dnaklik.si within 8 days of receiving your order, from any EU country.
