Do you issue invoices to companies?+
Yes. Every order from a registered Slovenian or EU company can be invoiced to the company VAT ID (DDV ID). Payment by bank transfer (TRR) or card. UPN-QR slip generated automatically for Slovenian businesses.
Do you sign NDAs for confidential designs?+
Yes — on request before file upload. Email info@3dnaklik.si with your NDA template; we sign and return within 1 working day. STL/3MF files are kept on the server only as long as needed to print and ship.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
Yes. For 10+ identical parts contact us at info@3dnaklik.si — typical discount is 10–25% off the instant-quote price depending on size and material. Larger production runs (100+) are quoted individually.
What materials are suitable for engineering parts?+
PETG HF for general functional parts (brackets, holders, jigs). ASA for outdoor and UV-exposed parts. PETG-CF or PLA-CF for higher rigidity. ABS for high-temperature applications. TPU 95A for flexible parts (gaskets, dampers). Full material spec sheet on /materiali.
How fast can you turn around a batch order?+
