Dobil sem točno kar sem naročil. Zaradi mojega pomanjkanja izkušenj je prišlo do napake, vendar so mi svetovali in se je napako odpravilo. Sem zelo zadovoljen.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a 3D printing quote?
Upload your STL or 3MF file, select a material and quality preset. The price is calculated in 30 seconds from real BambuStudio slicer data — no email, no waiting.
How much does 3D printing cost?
A small base fee plus material (priced per gram), machine time on our Bambu Lab P2S, and the electricity used — all read from the real BambuStudio slicer, not estimated. A small 10 g part is around €4.70; a denser 120 g bracket is around €17–19. Minimum €4 per item, no VAT added. See example prices below or upload your file for an exact quote.
How is the 3D printing price calculated?
Price = material weight × price/kg + machine time + electricity + a small base fee per order. Everything is read from the real BambuStudio G-code, so the quote is accurate to within 1–2%. Minimum €4 per item.
Does the price include supports?
Yes. Every quote is sliced with automatic support detection switched on, so a model with overhangs is priced correctly the first time — no surprise top-ups later. The slicer adds supports only where they are genuinely needed: a model that sits flat on the plate gets none and the price does not change. If you know your model needs no supports, switch them off under Advanced settings and the price drops immediately.
Is the quote free?
Yes — getting a quote is completely free and needs no registration. You only pay if you place an order.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL and 3MF files up to 100 MB. 3MF is recommended as it carries more model data.
What is the minimum price?
The minimum price is €4.00 per item, including the base fee, material, machine time and electricity. No hidden fees, and no €35 minimum order like most Slovenian providers.
Is VAT included? Will anything be added at checkout?
The price you see is the final price — nothing is added at checkout. We do not charge VAT (VAT not charged pursuant to Article 94(1) of the Slovenian VAT Act, ZDDV-1), so unlike quotes shown excluding VAT, ours does not grow at the payment step.
What is the maximum print size?
The Bambu Lab P2S has a build volume of 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger models can be split and glued.
What if my print arrives faulty?
If a print is defective or damaged in transit, we reprint it free of charge or refund you. Just email info@3dnaklik.si within 8 days of receiving it.
What happens to my uploaded file?
We use your STL/3MF file only to calculate the quote and produce your order. We never share it or use it for anything else.
Can I return my order?
Because every item is 3D printed to your own specification, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply by law (Slovenian ZVPot-1). We do, however, guarantee against print defects and transit damage — we replace the item free or refund you.
How fast is it printed and delivered?
Most orders are printed in 1–3 business days; GLS or Pošta Slovenije delivery adds 1–2 business days — typically 2–5 business days door to door. Free local pickup is also available.
How long does 3D printing take?
The print itself takes from a few minutes for a small part to dozens of hours for a large or dense model — the time depends on size, infill, layer height, material and supports. That is not the delivery time: production takes 1–3 business days and delivery 1–2, typically 2–5 business days door to door. You see the estimated print time for your model right in the quote; more in our guide at 3dnaklik.si/en/blog/koliko-casa-traja-3d-tisk.
Why print in Slovenia instead of ordering from China?
Orders from China cross EU customs: VAT is charged on all commercial imports, since 1 July 2026 a €3-per-item customs charge applies to parcels up to €150, and delivery typically takes a week or more. With us the displayed price is final, the part arrives in 2–5 business days, and defective prints are reprinted free. For technologies we do not offer (MJF, SLS, metal) or very large batches, foreign platforms can be a fair choice — full comparison at 3dnaklik.si/en/blog/3d-tisk-slovenija-ali-kitajska.

How much does 3D printing cost?

How much does 3D printing cost? Every 3DnaKlik quote adds up four real numbers, not a flat per-gram guess: a small base fee for order handling and setup, the material itself, priced per gram so a heavier part always costs more, the actual machine time your file needs on our Bambu Lab P2S — read from the real BambuStudio slicer — and the electricity that time uses. Add those together and you get the final price: no VAT is charged, and there is no €35 minimum order like many Slovenian print shops require. A small 10 g part can print in about an hour and cost around €4.77; a denser 120 g bracket needing five hours costs more mainly for machine time. The three worked examples below use this exact formula, so you can sanity-check any price before uploading. For your own number, upload an STL or 3MF file above — quotes are ready in 30 seconds and ship across Slovenia and the rest of the EU.
