How much does 100g of 3D printing cost?+
In standard PLA, 100 g costs about €10.21. In PETG HF roughly €10.61, in ASA about €11.21. The price includes material, ~3.3 hours of machine time, electricity, and a small base fee. You can get an exact slicer-based price by uploading your STL/3MF.
How much does 50g of 3D printing cost?+
Around €6.10 in PLA, €6.30 in PETG HF, €6.60 in ASA. A 50 g part takes ~1.7 hours to print on our Bambu Lab P2S.
Why does the price not scale linearly with weight?+
Each order has a small fixed base fee, and there is a €4 minimum price per item. For very small parts (under ~30 g) the minimum kicks in. Above that, price scales with material weight, print time, and electricity.
